This week we're having a special class with Daniel Marinho focused on the trendy style Forró Roots. In celebration of festas juninas and São João day, we'll also have a potluck + extended social at the end of class.

About the event
This week we're having a special class focused on a trendy forró style called Roots. We have a special guest instructor: Daniel Marinho coming all the way from the United States to teach for the first time here in Canada. This class will give you a taste of what dancing Roots is like. Because this class is happening a day before São João day, we'll have a potluck + extended social dancing time. Please bring sweet or savoury snacks so we can share a delicious meal together. Let's party festa junina style!
7:00 to 8:00: Forró Roots class with Daniel Marinho.
8:00 to 8:30: Big circle
8:30 to 10:00: Social dancing + potluck
